We only charge tax if we ship any orders within Virginia and if the buyer's credit card is associated with Virginia state at the moment.

Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date for a refund. Desktops must be returned within 7 days from the invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Additional deductions may be made for Desktops returns to reflect the current market value. These terms apply to all refunds. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise specified in the product listing. Customers must inform Worldtradesolution.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Worldtradesolution.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - Worldtradesolution.com offers our customers a 14-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be given after 14 days of purchased date.
World Trade Solution ships orders via UPS/FedEx/USPS.Shipping rates are based on the weights and dimensions of the item. Your order is thoroughly reviewed by Order Processing Department to ensure that order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are the authorized party to use this payment. Once this step is done. We usually ship orders within 3 business days of your credit card payment. Total transit time via ground shipping can range from 1 to 10 business days from the time you place the order with us. Orders are not processed on the weekends & holidays.
Worldtradesolution.com does not sell back-ordered goods. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to your Worldtradesolution.com account to alert you of the situation.

About our Goods:
Q: Are all of your products refurbished?
A: Yes, majority of them unless otherwise noted in the product description or product category.
Q: What is included with each product?
A: Laptops includes the usual AC adapter, and may not include operating system recovery disk. Latest laptop models have started to come with a restore partition on a separate partition on the hard drive.
Desktop PCs includes the usual keyboard, mouse, power cable and or operating system recovery disk if noted otherwise no OS recovery disks will be included.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: For orders over $5000, please contact us via contact us page.
Q: Do I have to sign for my package?
A: Yes. For security reasons, all shipments require a signature at the receiving location.
Q: My product arrived defective and needs to be returned. What can be done?
A: Only defective product returns will be accepted within 7 days for repair or refund only.
Q: What is the length of the each laptop batteries?
A: We do not have the time to test each single units for length of each laptop batteries but majority of them last upto 1-7 hours.
Q: How often do you update your inventory?
A: We are always updating our inventory daily. Keep an eye on them every night.
Refurbished Systems & Warranty
- Refurbished items are usually off-lease systems that no longer needed by enterprise companies. These units have been fully inspected & tested repaired and refurbished. These units then get inspected for cosmetic and/or functional defects, completely sanitized and remove any data on the hard disk drive,
- All products sold on our website are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and 14 Days Functional Warranty.
- Most of these same units have leftover manufacturer's warranties anywhere from 1-900 days. We are not responsible for transferring over any warranty. The customer has to contact the manufacturer for any technical support in regards to any warranty information. For any particular unit you would like to find out if it has any leftover warranty you are most welcome to ask us via contact us form and by mentioning the model # and such.
Grade A: Has only small cosmetic defects. Item is fully inspected and tested to the highest quality.
Grade B: Minor Tear & Wear, fully inspected and functional, but will have more visible blemishes. The types of tear and wear can include as follow:
- minor scratches & scuffs
- tear & wear on the palmrest
- slight dings in the top plastic
- minor dents or minor cracks
Grade C: Dents & Scratches, fully inspected and functional. These units have heavy blemishes, scuffs, cracks, dents, broken parts if noted, may have heavy cosmetic defects, or faded areas from palmrest areas. Also may have scratches on LCD screen or white spots. These units are discounted accordingly.
